Strategic and feasibility planning: Need to build a program or assess capacity and have no idea where to start? We can help by compiling information, identifying strategic opportunities and challenges, and suggesting ways to start moving.
Project design: We are available to listen to your ideas, determine project feasibility, draft timelines for project completion, and delegate key tasks and responsibilities.
Project management: Let us manage the day-to-day functioning of the project, including investigator-initiated research studies, internal team collaboration, or multi-institutional projects. This can include oversight of data collection, team facilitation, or supervision of contract personnel.
Publication process management: We will work with you to identify appropriate journals for submission, format the manuscript appropriate for that journal, and/or manage the submission and review process on behalf of the authors.
Literature review: After you provide key terms and identify 2-5 key articles on the topic, we will conduct a thorough evaluation of the relevant literature, primarily relying on peer-reviewed literature accessible through PubMed. We will provide an annotated abstract for each citation and/or a cumulative summary of the literature. This can also include review of the literature to update or fact-check previous writing.
